About the role
- Security Systems Technician maintaining physical security technologies and supporting enterprise security operations. Ensuring system integrity and compliance through troubleshooting and vendor collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Contributes to the ongoing administration, integrity, and performance of the organization’s global physical security infrastructure.
- Supports enterprise security operations by maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing security systems.
- Assists with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of physical security technologies such as access control, video surveillance, alarm systems, intercoms, and related server infrastructure.
- Performs advanced troubleshooting, evaluates and resolves maintenance tickets, and ensures systems operate in accordance with corporate standards and security policies.
- Manages daily system monitoring, user access administration, software upgrades, and change control processes to ensure system availability and compliance.

Requirements
- High School degree or equivalent; associates degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years of related experience is required.
- Demonstrates strong troubleshooting and analytical skills in live production environments.
- Is reliable, process‑driven, and committed to maintaining system integrity and security standards.
- Communicates effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
