About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and own the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the LIMS portfolio
- Drive prioritization of product investments to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, scalability, resiliency, and speed to market
- Lead global roadmap planning and ensure alignment across Reference Labs, R&D, Veterinary Software, and enterprise stakeholders
- Develop and execute multi-year product strategies focused on modernization, workflow optimization, and automation
- Establish clear product goals, KPIs, and success metrics tied to business outcomes
- Lead, develop, and mentor a team of Software Product Managers across multiple products and domains
- Provide regular, concise updates to senior leadership on roadmap progress, risks, and investment priorities
- Champion the use of AI and automation to evolve how product management is practiced
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in software product management, with increasing scope and leadership responsibility
- 5+ years leading Product Managers or large, cross-functional product teams
- Proven experience leading enterprise software products in a global environment
- Experience working within LIMS, laboratory systems, diagnostics platforms, healthcare technology, or other regulated environments
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, SaaS platforms, APIs, and enterprise integrations
- Demonstrated success owning and delivering complex, multi-product roadmaps
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leadership
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making capabilities
- Willingness to travel as needed
