Customer Success Integration Engineer in IDEMIA responsible for system integration and customer support. Overseeing software validation while collaborating with global teams.
Responsibilities
Support L3 teams with complex troubleshooting related to critical incidents or crises
Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve tickets assigned to you that are escalated by Support L2 teams as defects for IDEMIA products or projects
Provide system ramp-up support at customer sites
Perform integration, deployment and on-site post-upgrade support when on customer premises
Test and integrate software releases and patches
Conduct system integration and validation testing, including load, performance, high availability, accuracy and security tests
Investigate issues by analyzing logs during test execution, report incidents through the configuration management tool and monitor them through to closure
Produce documentation to support proper installation, testing, operations and administration
Prepare and deliver training for customers and support & maintenance teams
Assist the Service Delivery team with specific technical requests related to integration activities, including implementation duration and scheduling
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Linux (Red Hat, CentOS, Debian, etc.)
Good relational database knowledge (MSSQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
