Responsibilities
Develop and execute clinically accurate, strategically aligned marketing programs for the IV Solutions portfolio
Own market strategy for on-market IV Solutions products and lead end-to-end planning and execution of new product launches
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, Clinical, and external stakeholders to support supply continuity, demand planning, and forecasting
Execute product marketing initiatives across digital channels, customer-facing collateral, sales enablement tools, and sales training
Lead convention and trade show messaging, content development, and execution
Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to drive differentiated positioning and competitive response strategies
Translate market research into actionable product strategy, positioning, and messaging
Build and apply clinical expertise in IV Therapy and Medication Delivery while leading special projects as needed
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field preferred
4+ years in product marketing and product management, including supply chain/logistics experience
Experience in IV Solutions, Medication Delivery and/or healthcare products preferred
