About the role
- Support security operations by handling incidents and providing first-line support for ICEYE. This includes incident management to ensure timely action by the appropriate teams.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day running of security operations by handling triage and first-line support.
- Help ensure incidents are identified, assessed, and routed quickly so the right teams can act without delay.
Requirements
- Has a basic understanding of Security Operations, enabling meaningful contribution with limited supervision.
