Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain systems that protect PRC‑Saltillo’s IT infrastructure from cyber threats.
Engineer and maintain technical controls aligned with security policies, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
Collaborate with the IT team to embed security guidance into infrastructure, systems, and solutions.
Deploy, configure, and maintain security applications supporting the Information Security program.
Perform audits and assessments of security engineering tools (including Mimecast, Portknox, Intune, Entra, Sophos, Graylog, DigiCert, and others) to ensure appropriate configuration and policy enforcement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Minimum of three years of experience in security engineering or a related technical role required.
Strong understanding of network engineering concepts and the ability to configure security controls related to firewalls, VPNs, and other network technologies.
Working knowledge of identity and access management principles.
Ability to configure controls within an identity provider (preferably Entra).
Ability to configure and secure Microsoft 365 environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize workloads.
Ability to lead small projects and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver secure solutions.
Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating security risks.
