Responsibilities
Design digital training modules: video capsules, microlearning, interactive modules (Rise), guides, and practical tutorials
Analyze training needs in collaboration with internal teams
Structure and simplify technical content to make it pedagogically effective
Produce and edit multimedia content (videos, visuals, interactive content)
Write scripts, scenarios, storyboards, and instructional documents
Facilitate or co‑facilitate virtual training sessions (Teams) and occasionally in‑person sessions
Contribute to the continuous evolution of the training offering
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in digital instructional design
Strong mastery of digital design tools (Articulate Rise 360, Storyline, AI voice tools)
Advanced level of English (required for unilingual English-speaking teams and clients)
