Responsibilities
Lead, engage, and develop a management team responsible for the administration of individual insurance contracts nationwide
Oversee day-to-day operations while ensuring compliance with service, quality, and productivity standards

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, actuarial science, or a related discipline
