Responsibilities
Consulting: You provide holistic advice to prospects and customers on our cyber security services and our awareness portfolio, IS-FOX.
Order management: From the initial quote in our CRM system to successful delivery, you take responsibility and oversee the entire process.
Account maintenance: You stay proactively engaged with our business partners and identify opportunities for improvement.
Project support: For large awareness campaigns, you assist in planning and coordinating the individual measures.
Cross-team collaboration: You work hand in hand with our multimedia designers and technical consultants.
Requirements
