Responsibilities
Develop and implement the strategic direction for the Enterprise Payments ACH product group
Oversee internal oversight reviews and address corrective actions
Work closely with internal cross-functional teams to manage product group through the product life cycles
Maintain an understanding of Nacha rules and pertinent regulatory requirements
Understand APIs conceptually
Comfortable with system integrations and file formats
Formulate and implement marketing and communications programs to promote products and services to customers
Identify and set priorities for product development/modifications, pricing, and positioning
Maintain contact with clients, sales professionals, marketing areas, product managers, and other bank personnel
Manage product group or geographic region's profitability and quality standards
Requirements
7+ years of product management experience
Bachelor's Degree
Master’s degree preferred
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) designations
Experience with and a strong understanding of consumer lending, overdraft income management or credit risk
