About the role
- Associate Director leading IT Disaster Recovery at Humana, overseeing compliance and governance efforts. Managing programs and systems that ensure operational readiness and resiliency across the enterprise.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all disaster recovery compliance efforts, including data management, governance, and regulatory reporting
- Oversee internal and external audit response activities
- Manage IT controls and coordinate RFP responses for disaster recovery requirements
- Conduct annual DR audits of SaaS providers
- Drive vendor due diligence for new and renewing contracts
- Partner with Business Continuity leaders to mature business capability mapping
- Administer, manage, and develop the ServiceNow Disaster Recovery module
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, business continuity, or disaster recovery, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Passionate about contributing to a team that is transforming DR and maturing best practices
- Relevant certifications (e.g., DRII, CBCP, or similar) is preferred
- Certified Information Systems Security Professional [CISSP] are a plus.
