Responsibilities
design and deliver innovative training programs that shape the cybersecurity culture at Humana
collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to develop engaging, targeted education
drive curriculum development for new products and tools
create technical resources and champion cyber awareness across all levels of the organization
develop and maintain in-person and online education and training infrastructure
produce technical documentation, presentations, and documents to reinforce cybersecurity-related knowledge across Humana
conduct learning needs assessments and identify requirements and plans for instructional opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant information technology field (Information Technology, Information Systems Management, Computer Science, etc.)
8+ years of technical experience and 2+ years of project leadership experience
2+ years with Technical cybersecurity experience, with emphasis on cybersecurity training, education, and risk management
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
