About the role
- Security Manager overseeing and processing security clearances for Danish Government and NATO compliance. Liaising with security authorities and ensuring organizational requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Security Manager to support and process Danish Government, EU, and NATO security clearances
- Ensure compliance with all legal and organizational requirements
- Support HPE Denmark in fulfilling secure customer driven security requirements
- Liaise with authorities such as the Danish Security and Intelligence Service (PET)
- Maintain vetting records and advise on security processes
- Provide support and process all types of security vetting
- Manage the ISO 27001 certification process for HPE Denmark and the Nordic Cluster
- Attend internal and external stakeholder meetings
Requirements
- Candidates must be Danish, Norwegian or Finnish nationals
- Eligible for security clearance
- Prior knowledge and experience with Danish government security vetting processes
- At least 1 year in a similar role is an advantage
- Experience of ISO 27001 standards and controls
- Strong background in similar roles requiring strict confidentiality and secure handling of sensitive information
- University degree preferred
- Fluent in written and verbal English
- Understanding of EU GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA)
- Experience in handling sensitive Personal Identifiable Information in a secure and controlled way.
