- Support product and service design for applied AI solutions

Requirements
- 2+ years in product design, service design, UX/UI design, or product management roles
- Demonstrated experience designing AI/ML products and platforms in enterprise environments
- Proven track record of creating successful digital products from concept to launch
- Hands-on experience building design systems, frameworks, and reusable components
- Strong background in both consumer-facing and enterprise B2B product design
- Experience designing conversational AI interfaces, GenAI applications, or intelligent automation tools
- Experience leading design for data-driven applications and analytics platforms
- Expert-level proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, FigJam)
- Advanced proficiency in user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, and interaction design
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, typography, color theory, and layout
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript/React) to collaborate effectively with engineers
- Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices
- Deep understanding of AI/ML concepts and their implications for product design
- Experience with GenAI platforms (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and prompt engineering
- Knowledge of responsible AI principles, bias mitigation, and ethical AI design
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to balance innovation and execution
- Awareness of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI product design
