About the role
- Senior Graphic Designer executing brand visuals for a UAE-based AI consultancy. Collaborating on marketing materials and maintaining brand identity across multiple product ecosystems.
Responsibilities
- Own the visual execution of the company's brand across all touchpoints
- Design social media graphics, carousels, banners, and cover images
- Create pitch decks, client proposals, and service offering materials that look premium
- Design marketing collateral — brochures, one-pagers, event materials, email headers
- Maintain and evolve the brand design system — colours, typography, layout patterns, icon style
- Ensure every visual output is consistent with company's brand guidelines
- Design product marketing assets — landing page visuals, app store graphics, feature showcases
- Create product launch materials (announcements, teasers, walkthroughs)
- Support the UI/UX Designer with visual assets, illustrations, and iconography for products
- Design dashboard visualizations, data graphics, and infographic-style content for BI/analytics presentations
- Ensure visual consistency across company's 15-product ecosystem
- Design Instagram reel thumbnails, story templates, and visual content formats
- Create podcast cover art and episode graphics
- Design internal presentation templates and team communication visuals
- Collaborate daily with the Marketing Manager on design briefs you'll receive 12 line briefs and turn them into premium visuals
Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional graphic design experience — portfolio required
- Strong brand design skills — you understand visual identity systems, not just one-off graphics
- Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator at minimum
- Typography and layout sense — you know when something looks "off" before anyone tells you
- Social media design — you've designed content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X and understand platform-specific formats and sizing
- Portfolio that shows range — brand systems, social graphics, presentations, marketing collateral
- Nice to Have: Video editing basics (reel intros, simple cuts)
- Experience with data visualization design (charts, dashboards, infographics)
- Understanding of print design (event banners, business cards, stationery)
- Experience working in a startup / small team environment
- Familiarity with AI design tools Midjourney, DALLE, Adobe Firefly)
