About the role

Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the architecture of applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security
- Work together with the Lead Architect on strategic technical decision-making
- Guide the team in developing robust and maintainable solutions
- Evaluate trade-offs between different technical approaches and technologies
- Ensure development best practices (clean code, automated tests, code reviews)
- Support the team in implementing CI/CD pipelines and test automation
- Promote a culture of quality, observability, and continuous improvement
- Prevent and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with Product Managers on technical prioritization and backlog evolution
- Ensure consistent deliveries aligned with business objectives (OKRs)
- Participate in agile rituals (planning, review, retrospective)
- Balance innovation, technical debt, and operational efficiency
- Serve as a technical reference for the team and other departments
- Translate business needs into viable technical solutions
- Support strategic decisions based on data and technical feasibility
- Interact with international stakeholders (fluent English required)
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with experience in technical leadership
- Previous experience as a Tech Lead or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems architecture and microservices
- Experience with REST APIs, system integrations, and backend best practices
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Experience with CI/CD and test automation
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Advanced/Fluent English (interaction with global teams)
- Nice to have: Experience with .NET and React stacks
- Experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications
- Knowledge of DevSecOps and tools such as SonarQube
- Experience with observability (logs, metrics, tracing)
- Background in B2B SaaS products
- Experience in domains such as payments, billing, or management platforms
