Responsibilities
Develops new cross OS software that delivers Media and Video (Encode, Decode, and Processing) acceleration on Intel's graphics architecture
Scope spans the entire Intel Media SW stack, from device drivers through runtimes, APIs and the application layer
Includes tools, infrastructure, technologies necessary for developing, profiling, optimizing, and productizing Intel Media software solutions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering or related field
3+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree in similar domains with 2+ years of relevant experience
Cross-OS software development experience
Experience with GPU Media and Video acceleration technologies such as DirectX, LibVA, codecs: AVC/HEVC/VVC, AV1, VP8/9, or other codecs
Proficient in programming languages, including C++/C
