- Drive fast, high-quality delivery with a strong bias toward shipping
- Partner closely with Product to turn ideas into released features quickly
- Define and evolve scalable architecture for a growing AI-powered platform
- Stay close to the code and key technical decisions when needed
- Remove blockers and continuously improve engineering processes
- Hire, mentor, and grow high-performing engineers
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and security as we scale
Requirements
- 📈 Experience & Leadership
- 5+ years of hands-on software development experience
- 2+ years in an engineering leadership role
- Proven experience leading and growing engineering teams
- Strong product mindset and passion for building customer-facing SaaS products

- Strong experience with modern PHP frameworks (Laravel or Symfony)
- Deep understanding of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL or other) and performance optimization
- Experience with Redis or other caching solutions
