About the role
- Junior Financial Analyst responsible for financial reconciliation in a healthcare network. Collaborating with accounting and treasury teams in Campinas, São Paulo.
Responsibilities
- Perform reconciliation of bank statements and accounting records to identify discrepancies and ensure the accuracy of balances
- Analyze financial transactions to identify errors, irregularities, or suspicious activity
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies between accounting records and bank statements
- Reconcile bank and general ledger accounts to ensure the integrity of financial records
- Prepare reports and analyses on bank reconciliations and financial transactions for management
- Identify opportunities to improve bank reconciliation processes and implement changes to increase efficiency and accuracy
- Work closely with accounting, treasury, and other departments to ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial records
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP will be a plus
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (on-site 2 days per week)
- Residence in Campinas or the surrounding area
