About the role

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in leading change management
- Extensive experience in managing workforce, human resources, finances, and property
- Demonstrated ability of self-motivation, initiative, adaptability, and capability to respond quickly to unexpected operational needs
- Prior front-line knowledge and experience in ABF environments
- High level of understanding of the legislation and Enterprise Agreement
- Effective time management skills
