About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of international personal tax processes and related automations through hands-on training.
- Understand data validation rules configured and executed in the system.
- Assist with data interpretation and validation (non-tax technical) and ensure accuracy in following set processes or instructions.
- Support engagement coordination under the guidance of experienced professionals.
- Participate in process testing and help set up centralized and automated workflows for new countries or additional validation rules.
- Utilize Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and a global specialized automated tool, to analyze and manage data accurately.

- English proficiency, both written and verbal. (Additional French and Spanish language knowledge is beneficial.)
