- Manage day-to-day field operations, coordinate subcontractors, resolve conflicts, and ensure timely project delivery.
- Oversee large-scale, ground-up construction projects from site preparation to final turnover.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in construction project management, specifically in ground-up projects
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- OSHA 30 Certification preferred
