Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate planning teams within Engineering
- Independently plan, manage and monitor complex infrastructure projects

Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Bachelor, Master, Diploma) or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in construction with a focus on project management, planning, site management or design
- Leadership skills and experience leading construction or planning teams
- Solid knowledge of relevant standards (DIN, VOB, HOAI) and experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) and project management tools
- Strong goal- and team-orientation, strategic and commercial thinking, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as assertiveness
