Responsibilities
Support global benchmarking activities such as salary surveys, salary ranges, and ad-hoc analyses
Participate in different compensation projects by analyzing large amounts of data and providing recommendations
Participate in the Workday processes for around 300,000 employees globally
Conduct Mercer job evaluations including drafting job descriptions, running interviews, collecting data, performing job matching, calibration, and evaluation
Engage in various global grading projects e.g. acquisitions, expansions, and integrations
Assist in defining and implementing compensation standards and policies
Provide guidance to HR Business Partners and managers on the processes and tools
Participate in grading and compensation audits
Recommend enhancements and simplifications to existing processes and procedures based on customers’ experience
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
More than 3 years of professional experience in the compensation area (regional role is a plus)
Basic in Mercer job evaluation and job matching methodology
Experience in the annual compensation cycle activities
Strong practical use of MS Office with advanced focus on Excel
Highly developed analytical and communication skills
Excellent customer service and team orientation
Process-oriented thinking, understanding interdependencies, and attention to detail
Learning ability combined with high flexibility
High degree of personal responsibility, team-oriented with ability to work independently
Fluent in spoken and written English
