About the role
- Senior Consultant in IT-Notfallmanagement guiding clients in IT emergency strategies and incident response. Collaborating on crisis management structures while fostering team development and project leadership.
Responsibilities
- Leite neben Projektteams auch IT-Notfallübungen und unterstütze verschiedene Kunden bei der Erstellung von IT-Notfallkonzepten, Wiederanlauf- und Wiederherstellungsplänen sowie Datensicherungskonzepten – vor Ort und remote
- Sei erster Anlaufpunkt für unsere Kunden, wenn es um Sicherheitsvorfälle, Response- und Recovery-Verfahren oder Notfallmaßnahmen in der Cloud geht
- Wirke bei realen Incident Response-Einsätzen mit und greif unseren Kunden zur Sicherstellung ihrer Betriebsfähigkeit unter die Arme
- Bring Ideen und Vorschläge in Schnittstellenthemen ein, wie der Informationssicherheit, dem 3rd Party Risk Management oder dem Risikomanagement und entwickle so unsere Beratungsfelder weiter
Requirements
- Studienabschluss mit Bezug zur IT oder vergleichbare berufliche Qualifikation im IT-Umfeld, z.B. in der Administration, im IT-Service oder im Rechenzentrumsbetrieb
- Erfahrung in der Anwendung von ITSCM-Standards, z.B. ISO 27031 oder vergleichbarer Standards wie ISO 27001 oder ITIL 4 sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Routine in der Projektleitung und Freude an der Wissensvermittlung
- Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch
