Responsibilities
- Advise our clients on transformation, digitalization and IT management
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and develop tailored solutions together with them
- Shape the change process on an equal footing with employees and management across various client industries and public administration
- Further develop our consulting services by contributing your experience and new methods
- Optional: provide technical leadership to Junior Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Initial project and/or consulting experience in transformation and digitalization in an IT-related environment
- Basic understanding of ITIL, Scrum or Prince2
- Strong interest in organizing and managing IT in a digital world
- Familiarity with the challenges at the IT–business interface
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
