About the role
- Senior Consultant in IT Security leading project teams and implementing tailored Information Security Management strategies. Collaborating with various clients to enhance their security efforts.
Responsibilities
- Lead project teams and support the implementation of tailored Information Security Management strategies and solutions for diverse clients — remotely and on site
- Guide our clients from conducting protection-needs assessments and structural analyses to establishing complete Information Security Management Systems
- Design organizational and technical security solutions in demanding projects and support their rollout
- Contribute ideas and proposals on interface topics (e.g., data protection/privacy, operational organization, service management) and help further develop our consulting services
Requirements
- University degree in a business or IT field (e.g., Business Informatics, Computer Science, Engineering) or an equivalent professional qualification — motivation is key
- Experience in the practical application of information security standards such as ISO 27001 and BSI-Standard 200-X, and several years of professional experience (e.g., as a Lead Auditor, IT-Grundschutz consultant, or similar)
- Proven experience in project leadership and enjoyment of knowledge transfer
- Drive to work into complex subject areas, pragmatic problem-solving skills, and very good German language skills
