About the role

• Managing Consultant leading IT service organization projects for clients in Germany. Involves leading project teams and defining IT service models and governance structures.

Responsibilities

• Take on project leadership for client engagements to establish a service-oriented approach within IT organizations
• Define service models, services and SLAs, and design the necessary roles and governance structures
• Support the implementation or adjustment of ITSM processes at the client organization
• Further develop our consulting offering by contributing experience and new methods
• Provide technical leadership to other (senior) consultants in joint projects

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in consulting as a lead consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization
• Strong understanding of frameworks such as ITIL, COBIT or SIAM
• Highly self-directed and responsible working style in challenging situations
• Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking and an above-average solution orientation
• Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
