Responsibilities
- Identify clients' organizational challenges and collaborate with them to develop tailored solutions in the area of Enterprise Architecture
- Take responsibility as project lead to design effective IT landscapes aligned with business processes for clients from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the public administration
- Further develop our consulting offerings by contributing your experience and new methods
- Optionally provide technical leadership for other (Senior) Consultants in joint projects
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience as a Lead Consultant or leadership experience within an IT organization in the field of Enterprise Architecture or IT Architecture
- Extensive knowledge of architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling techniques (e.g., ArchiMate, UML, BPMN, or EPC)
- Excellent analytical skills, strategic thinking, and an above-average solution orientation
- Very good presentation and communication skills in German
