About the role
- Consultant IT-Notfallmanagement in a growing IT consulting firm enhancing client resilience and security. Handling security incidents and developing emergency strategies with a focus on IT service management.
Responsibilities
- Lerne Schwachstellen aufzudecken und hilf Kunden anhand von IT-Notfallkonzepten, Wiederanlauf- und Wiederherstellungsplänen sowie Datensicherungskonzepten für mehr Sicherheit zu sorgen – vor Ort und remote.
- Wirke mit bei Sicherheitsvorfällen, Response- und Recovery-Verfahren oder Notfallmaßnahmen in der Cloud.
- Greif unseren Kunden zur Sicherstellung ihrer Betriebsfähigkeit unter die Arme.
- Schärfe das Bewusstsein der Kunden für einen Notfall anhand von Awareness Workshops, IT-Notfallübungen sowie Schwenk- und Funktionstests.
- Blicke in angrenzende Themenfelder wie der Informationssicherheit oder dem 3rd Party Risk Management.
Requirements
- Praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Systemintegration, z.B. in der Administration von Rechenzentren oder im IT-Service eines Systemhauses, alternativ Studienabschluss im Bereich IT, z.B. (Wirtschafts-) Informatik, Cyber Security Management o.ä.
- Grundlegendes Verständnis von IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Betrieb sowie erste Erfahrungen im IT-Notfallmanagement oder mit ITIL-konformen Betriebsprozessen
- Antrieb, sich in komplexe Themenbereiche einzuarbeiten, pragmatische Lösungsfindung und ein überzeugendes Auftreten
- Sehr gute Präsentations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch.
