About the role
- Cloud Engineer managing AWS infrastructures and Kubernetes environments for security consulting. Collaborating with teams on incident response and CI/CD pipeline automation.
Responsibilities
- Build, operate and develop secure AWS cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Set up and efficiently manage Kubernetes clusters, e.g. EKS
- Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines, including DevSecOps checks
- Support the Incident Response team in analyzing and handling IT security incidents
- Work closely with clients as well as DevOps, security and development teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure automation, e.g. Terraform, CloudFormation
- Solid expertise in Kubernetes operations and security
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Analytical ability to structure complexity, clarify relationships, and design and explain technical concepts
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
