About the role
- Cloud Engineer for Incident Response working on AWS cloud infrastructures and security consulting. Collaborating with teams to analyze and respond to IT security incidents.
Responsibilities
- Build, operate, and develop secure AWS cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Configure and efficiently manage Kubernetes clusters, e.g., EKS
- Develop and automate CI/CD pipelines, including DevSecOps checks
- Support the Incident Response team in analyzing and handling IT security incidents
- Collaborate closely with clients as well as DevOps, security, and development teams
Requirements
- Several years of experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and infrastructure automation, e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation
- Solid expertise in Kubernetes operations and security
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Analytical ability to structure complexity and clarify relationships, and the capability to design concepts and explain them
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in German
