Commercial Project Manager responsible for driving client engagement and customer success in HHAeXchange product implementations, supporting home and community-based care.
Responsibilities
Lead a high volume of new customers through the HHAeXchange Enterprise onboarding process through comprehensive planning and engagement activities.
Build strong relationships with customers, serving as a leader and trusted advisor.
Establish project teams and develop and execute project management best practices.
Facilitate product training and configuration sessions for customers.
Regularly communicate customer product and process feedback to Team Lead to improve and resolve system performance and configuration issues.
Complete administrative responsibilities including Salesforce account documentation and calendar management.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
5+ years of experience within project management, preferably in software implementation in a client-facing capacity.
Strong knowledge of the healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of project methodology (Waterfall, Agile etc.) and knowledge of PMBOK Framework.
Working experience with MS Project or similar project management tool.
Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within agreed upon scope.
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize activities.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal team members.
Proficient with MS Office Suite: (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
PMP certified, preferred
