About the role
- Senior PMO managing operational transformation in veterinary healthcare across a distributed network. Working closely with executive leadership to implement change and drive performance improvements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support high-impact strategic projects across the organization and manage PMO activities
- Establish and standardize project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Drive cross-functional alignment of key initiatives, including monitoring, controlling, and steering execution
- Lead multi-site optimization programs across 140+ clinics
- Analyze operational data, build dashboards, and develop insights on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Evaluate current processes and identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and manage the transformation roadmap, including milestones and KPIs
- Coordinate stakeholders across clinics, regional leadership, and central functions
- Collaborate with central departments to improve process execution
- Track progress, risks, and benefits; provide regular reporting to senior leadership
- Ensure alignment between operational initiatives and financial targets
- Define and implement standard operating procedures (e.g., ordering processes, inventory levels, returns, expiry management)
- Support clinics in the implementation of new processes and tools
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management, PMO, or Operations (preferably in healthcare or multi-site environments)
- Strong analytical skills and experience with KPIs and dashboards
- Proven experience in transformation and change management initiatives
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
