Responsibilities
- The Junior Financial Analyst works in a technical and analytical capacity on the company's financial routines, focusing on execution, control and organization of financial activities.
- Responsible for ensuring the correct operationalization of processes, providing accurate and reliable information that supports operational and strategic decision-making.
- Contributes to the continuous improvement of financial processes.
- Manage and control daily, weekly and monthly cash flow.
- Perform bank reconciliations and financial statement analyses.
- Control accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
- Prepare and support analysis of financial reports (DRE/income statement, balance sheets, KPIs and variances).
- Support the preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecast revisions.
- Provide support for audit processes, internal controls and financial compliance.
- Ensure correct accounting classification of financial transactions.
- Interface with accounting, tax, HR and other company departments.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and propose adjustments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or related fields;
- Experience in finance;
- Experience with ERP Protheus;
- Knowledge of cash flow, bank reconciliations, DRE (income statement) and cost analysis;
- Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, dashboards, macros – desirable);
- Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools is desirable.
