- Work closely with Divisional Operations Controllers and Operational Excellence teams to align performance measures.
- Drive standardization of operational reporting and KPI structures across the global network.
- Provide financial guidance to Centers of Excellence on strategy and operational improvements.
Requirements
- Strong experience in financial controlling in manufacturing or operations.
- Solid proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and data-visualization tools.
- Advanced financial modeling and variance-analysis skills.
- Ability to turn complex operational data into clear, executive-ready messages.
- Strong influencing skills and comfort working across teams without direct authority.
- Self-directed, organized, and able to deliver results independently.
