- Take responsibility for the financial management and oversight of a central business unit, including planning, forecasting, month-end close and reporting.
- Act as a Finance Business Partner and advise operational and management levels on financial and business matters.

- Identify opportunities and risks early and ensure transparent communication.
- Initiate sound profitability and ad-hoc analyses to secure results.
- Drive the further development of reporting, forecasting and planning processes.
- Work closely with stakeholders across Finance, Accounting, BI and IT.
Requirements
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance or a comparable field.
- Very good command of English.
- Several years of experience in controlling, finance business partnering or purchasing controlling.
- Ideally industry experience in retail or the FMCG sector.
- Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of numbers and processes.
- Solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, BI tools as well as MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident communication in German and English; able to prepare complex content in a clear and understandable way.
- Proactive, solution-oriented working style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
