- インシデント報告対応業務－障害発生時の検知から、障害終了までのリカバリーのモニタリングと調査、
- レポーティング業務や、ナレッジ共有の仕組みづくり
- 内部監査、外部監査の各種対応業務（当該部署から要求されるレポート作成や調査業務など）
- 予算管理業務－開発チーム付けのソフトや各種ツールなどの予算、運用管理と他部署へのレポーティング業務
- 開発チーム付けの外部委託企業の契約運用確認と管理業務
- その他プロジェクトマネージメント支援業務全般
