Requirements
- 2 years’ experience in Data Entry.
- High School, GED or International equivalent
- Professionally handle Inbound calls and outbound calls
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to constant changes in procedures.
- Be willing to work overtime when needed.
- Detail Oriented with exceptional communication skills.
- Good customer services skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) is preferred.
- Warehouse experience preferred.
- GWAM of 35+ words per minute.
