Responsibilities
You will be part of the Client Service team and communicate with customers via phone calls or email.
Answer all basic inbound calls: policy questions, payment clarifications, claim guidance and complaints.
Log and triage requests: pass them to the correct MGA/agent.
Track complaints and create reports for management.
First-line support for MGAs: they can redirect smaller queries to our call center.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods / tools.
Liaise with Product and Business Development teams to enhance our features.
Requirements
Experienced as an RCA & CASCO insurance agent, also being experienced in property insurance it will be considered a plus.
Certificate of Completion of Initial Professional Training for Insurance and/or Reinsurance Distributors, Executive Manager Professional Category.
