Responsibilities
As a Sales Representative, you are the eyes and ears for the customer and handle their needs.
Customer support: Provide ongoing support to our customers and ensure they use our technologies optimally.
Customer inquiry management: Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries and handle them promptly with a customer-focused approach.
Capturing customer requests: Receive and process various customer requirements and create and follow up on customer orders.
Service execution: Maintain the customer database and continuously monitor customer satisfaction and development.
Customer acquisition and trade shows: Support the expansion of our customer base and represent the company at trade shows and events on site.
