About the role
- Azure Operations Analyst maintaining and optimizing Azure cloud infrastructure for HealthPlanOne. Microsoft Azure expert with strong DevOps practices supporting infrastructure operations.
Responsibilities
- Deploy, manage, and maintain Azure resources including compute, storage, networking, and security components.
- Implement cloud solutions using established standards, templates, and best practices.
- Perform routine operational tasks such as patching, updates, configuration management, and environment maintenance.
- Configure and support Azure networking solutions, including hub-spoke architectures, VNet peering, load balancers, and network security groups.
- Monitor cloud environments for performance, availability, and reliability, and respond to operational incidents.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and networking issues across multi-region deployments and partner with application teams on resolution.
- Support identity and access management through Azure AD and role-based access controls.
- Assist with cost management, backups, disaster recovery processes, and operational documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering and etc
- 2+ years of hands-on experience supporting and operating Microsoft Azure environments, including monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, and routine operational maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services.
- Proficiency with Azure services: Virtual Networks, Load Balancers, VPN Gateway, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall, Traffic Manager, Front Door
- Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, BGP, OSPF, IPSec, SSL/TLS
- Experience with DevOps tools: Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, Ansible
- Strong scripting skills: PowerShell, Azure CLI, Python, Bash
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools: Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics, Grafana
