- Solid knowledge of at least one project management methodology (e.g., PRINCE2/IPMA/PMI)
- Experience with hybrid and agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) beneficial; ITIL desirable
- Technical understanding of collaboration platforms, AI solutions, and process automation
- Excellent German skills (C2), good English skills (B2)
