Responsibilities
- Responsible for exciting IT projects from initial planning through successful handover
- Monitor budgets, schedules and quality standards
- Coordinate and manage resources, and produce transparent reports for stakeholders and management

- Identify risks early and initiate appropriate mitigation measures
- Support sales in acquisition and proposal preparation
- Contribute expertise to the continuous improvement of project management processes
Requirements
- Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- At least 5 years of experience in independent IT project management, including stakeholder management and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of at least one PM methodology (e.g., PRINCE2/IPMA/PMI); experience with hybrid and agile approaches (Scrum/Kanban) is an advantage; ITIL desirable
- Technical understanding of collaboration platforms, AI solutions, and process automation
- Excellent German skills (C2) and good English skills (B2)
