About the role

Responsibilities
- Assessment, planning and development of engineering/structural solutions for our existing buildings
- Preparation of cost estimates, cost calculations and tender documents
- Advising on, reviewing and providing technical oversight of planning services
- Implementation of modernization and refurbishment measures
- Monitoring contractual compliance of ongoing projects and ensuring adherence to laws, standards and guidelines
- Acting as a consultant to property owners for both existing asset investments and new property acquisitions
Requirements
- Degree in engineering or architecture, or an equivalent qualification; ideally with authorization to submit building applications (Bauvorlageberechtigung)
- Several years of practical experience in planning and supervising construction projects
- Experience with changes of use and coordination with relevant authorities
- Driving licence class B
- High degree of team spirit, reliability and willingness to work independently
