Responsibilities
Work as a WEG (condominium association) property manager / property manager (m/f/d)
Take responsibility for and manage an assigned property portfolio
Independently manage tenancy, communal and separate ownership matters
Coordinate the awarding and supervision of repair works and service contracts
Conduct move-in and move-out inspections and handovers
Independently plan and conduct owners' (condominium) meetings
Work closely with administrative advisory boards and property owners
Perform document audits and on-site property inspections
Requirements
Demonstrate a passion for real estate and property management
