Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S4 Finance and Controlling modules
- Manage integration projects between SAP S/4HANA and third-party applications
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICO and integrations
- Act as a subject matter expert and lead cross-functional teams
- Make recommendations based on insights and complex business requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 12 years of related experience
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO configuration, testing, and support
- Experience in global SAP deployments
- Proven expertise in compliance management within SAP FICO
- Strong experience integrating third-party applications with SAP S/4HANA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated influencing skills at the executive level
- SAP certification (FICO, S/4HANA) is a plus
