About the role
- Founders Associate supporting a slow luxury fashion brand in Munich. Managing daily operations, brand ambassador relationships, and social media content creation.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with the founder
- Handle administrative tasks, email management, and day-to-day operations
- Pack orders and coordinate fulfillment
- Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and handle communications
- Conduct sales outreach and follow up on leads
- Host the showroom and assist customers on site
- Create content for social media — photos, videos, Stories — both on-site and on the go
- Plan and execute events — the first is the Archive in April
- Coordinate photoshoots
- Plan, produce, and edit brand social media content for campaigns and shoots
- Challenge the founder's ideas — this is expected, not optional
Requirements
- You want to see things done, not just discussed

- You have a natural sense for aesthetics, quality, and people
- You work independently and ask questions when you are stuck
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, or social media is a plus but not required
- Mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) preferred
