Welfare Director leading the Fitprime brand in Italy for Wellhub’s Welfare Division, focusing on strategy, growth, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
Manage the Fitprime brand to protect existing revenue streams and scale turnover derived from the Welfare channel.
Negotiate and manage strategic contracts with Welfare Providers, insurance intermediaries, and local associations (e.g., Aon, Assolombarda).
Coordinate a multidisciplinary team including Sales profiles, Finance functions (accounts receivable/payable and integrated systems like TeamSystem/Pyro) and Customer Success/Operations to ensure excellent service for clients and partners.
Requirements
A solid background in the Welfare and Flexible Benefits sector. Deep knowledge of the dynamics between companies, employees, and welfare platforms is mandatory.
Proven ability to handle complex negotiations with C-Level executives and external partners, using a "win-win-win" approach to create value across the entire ecosystem.
Excellent process management skills, focusing on reducing operational workload through automation and system integration.
Strong leadership qualities to guide the team toward a unified "Single Italy Team" vision while maintaining the specific identity of the Welfare division.
