Responsibilities
Drive execution of Client Services initiatives with limited direction
Translate high-level strategic intent into defined actions, timelines, and deliverables
Track initiatives end-to-end, including risks, dependencies, and next steps
Manage Tissue Procurement team members
Own operational performance, throughput, and turnaround standards
Lead capacity planning and volume forecasting in partnership with leadership
Ensure staffing and workflows scale in alignment with anticipated growth
Identify and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency and reliability
Coordinate across Client Services supervisors while respecting existing reporting structures
Support vendor management, contracting workflows, purchase order processes, and issue resolution
Build and maintain operational and executive-facing Tableau dashboards
Develop clear summaries and presentations for leadership consumption
Scope, design, and implement financial tracking mechanisms for Client Services
Requirements
6+ years of experience in operations, program management, business operations, or similar execution-focused roles
Experience managing operational teams
Experience with vendor coordination, contracting workflows, or purchase order processes
Demonstrated ability to deliver outcomes with incomplete or evolving information
Hands-on experience building Tableau dashboards and operational reporting
Experience supporting senior leaders (Director level or above)
Proven ability to coordinate across teams without direct authority
Strong organizational and synthesis skills; capable of managing multiple parallel efforts
